Some things are not as simple as they seem. Take audio and video systems, for example. On the surface, sound and video may appear straightforward, perhaps even easy. But if that is indeed the case, then why do so many organizations have AV problems?

About thirty years ago Morgan Music entered the sound business, and from the beginning we pondered that very question. Along the way we figured out many of the answers, and over time have developed a simple philosophy: In any given price range and for each application, our AV systems should be the most practical and useful of any available.

To achieve that noble goal, we of course use good materials and components, but above all, we use our heads. We believe that applying a little ‘noodle-power’ and creativity yields consistently better results than a ‘cookie-cutter’ approach.

Many times an organization will purchase a sound system or a video projection system only to find that it doesn’t really do what they need it to do. Or maybe it addresses some of the needs, but in a clumsy, inconvenient sort of way. Electronically, there is nothing wrong…it just isn’t the right system. It isn’t a successful system.

We feel that it is important to get beyond selling a system that merely ‘works’ from a technical standpoint. Our idea is that we should go a level or two higher and offer sound and video projection systems that anticipate and address the needs of each customer and situation. In our mind, that is really the only way to provide long-term satisfaction.
