Music Lessons from Morgan Music are based on a tuition-fee policy. due on the first lesson of the month and encompasses four lessons. If the month has a fifth week that would normally encompass a lesson day then that fifth day is considered an “off” day and no lessons, make-up or otherwise, will be conducted. This allows families to plan some activities that may not be possible on lesson days.

Furthermore, since this is a tuition based system and not a “by-the-lesson” system, the student is expected to attend each week’s lesson and no pro-rated credit is granted for missed lessons. Besides being the policy of Morgan Music and the teachers, this policy is meant to instill a sense of commitment and dedication in the student as well as a sense of continuity and respect between the student and teacher. This policy insures that the time slot is being used and that as many students as possible have the opportunity to receive lessons.

However, if you know your minor student will not be able to attend a lesson, please call and let us know. We want to know that everyone that is supposed to be here is here at lesson time. In addition, if for any reason the teacher cannot make a lesson, credit will be granted. Full tuition is due by the first lesson of the month and is paid directly to the teacher.

When it is time to quit taking lessons, we ask that you extend the teacher the courtesy of providing at least one week’s notice so that they will have adequate time to schedule a new student in that time slot.
